JANUARY 10, 2006 -- Everlast Worldwide renewed and expanded the licensing agreement with Tomen America Inc., which sells Everlast-branded products in Japan and has been an important Everlast licensee for 10 years. Under terms of the agreement, Tomen will continue to produce men's, women's and children's apparel, as well as exercise equipment including aerobic fitness products, treadmills and weight lifting equipment. Tomen will also design a new line of men's and women's underwear. The Everlast products will be sold in Japan to sporting goods retailers, department stores and other better retailers.

Sportsman's Warehouse has selected ShrinkTrax Case Management solution. According to Michael Van Orden, CTO, Sportsman's Warehouse, "This will give us the ability to track and manage all incidents throughout our organization, add clear accountability at all points in our investigative cycle and provide all of our users with immediate, web-based access for all loss prevention and operations team members. We expect to gain measurable efficiency and accountability. The Trax Case Tool has comprehensive tracking and reporting that will give us added visibility into each case and help us to apply our resources better to increase our productivity."
